☀️ SUNRISE DAY CAMP 1 ☀️

What an AWESOME day with our 1st & 2nd graders at Sunrise Day Camp 1!

For many of these campers, this was their very first time coming to camp on their own and they absolutely crushed it! 💛

This year’s “Glow Up!” theme focused on the idea to “Go Light Our World” as campers learned how they can shine the light of Jesus everywhere they go.

The day was packed full of fun with inflatables, nine square, Gaga ball, games all across campus, classes around the camp so campers could explore everything Oil Belt has to offer, and of course… swimming at the pool! 🌊 Kids loved going down the slide and cooling off with friends.

One of the biggest highlights of the day was the GLOW PARTY! ✨🕶️🎉 Music, glow sticks, dancing, and tons of excitement made for an unforgettable ending to an incredible camp experience.

Senior High 2026

What an incredible week at camp and one of the LARGEST High School Weeks Oil Belt has had in years!

Throughout the week, Justin Dewell from Ozark Christian College challenged campers to focus on Heaven and the future hope we have in Christ through our “Glow Up!” theme. There were powerful moments of worship, decisions, friendships, and conversations that will leave a lasting impact far beyond one week of camp.

We were also thankful to have Casas por Cristo with us as our mission team this week!

Campers learned how Casas builds homes for families in Mexico while sharing the love of Jesus through every project.

One of the coolest parts? Students were encouraged to take the next step and be part of Oil Belt’s Teen Mission Trip! 🌎❤️

Fishing Camp wrapped up last night after 19 campers spent a few days fishing, camping and in God’s Word!

They spent time studying fisherman of the Bible, and how many fisherman were Jesus’ disciples?

The weather was great, the fish were many, so were the ticks, and memories were made.

Thankful for the men who led this camp and mentored some young men into being more than just fishermen, but fishers of men!

🔥 CAMP 2026 IS OFF TO AN AWESOME START! 🔥

Genesis Camp and Pathfinder 1 wrapped up last night and what an incredible week it was at camp!

Both camps ran simultaneously, which meant capacity limits… we were 1 short of capacity with Pathfinder 1 having 99 campers and Genesis Camp maxed out by having 100!

Genesis spent time learning year 2 of their 3 year cycle. This year focused on Noah’s Ark and The Flood.
Ryan Cox from Creation Truth Foundation was our missionary and spoke several sessions showing how science points to God’s Word being true.
Michael Hinnen from Ozark Christian College was our speaker throughout the week as campers dug deep into God’s Word and learned to share their story.

One of the highlights of Genesis Camp was the BOAT REGATTA 🚣‍♂️🌊 as campers designed and built cardboard boats…Some floated… some definitely did not 😂

Pathfinder 1 camp played some wild and crazy games but focused in on learning and studying the Bible. These kids dove into scripture and engaged in lessons! They were hungry for the Word!
Chris and Holly Sierra were our missionaries and shared their hearts to spread the gospel into the far reaches of the world!

God is already moving in amazing ways this summer and camp is just getting started!

AND… as another update… camp is sitting at 1,911 CAMPERS REGISTERED for summer 2026!! 😳🔥

We are SO close to 2,000 campers before June even begins! If you haven’t registered yet, now is the time!

Get ready for three awesome days of swimming, games, and discovering what it means to be part of Gods Kingdom! Pathfinders 1 is for 4th and 5th graders and is all about making friends, having fun, and growing in our faith together.
Each day, we’ll dive into hands-on Bible lessons. There will be plenty of time for swimming, team challenges, and campfire devotions, plus lots of laughs and unforgettable moments.
From splashing in the water to team challenges and campfire devotionals, Pathfinders 1 is all about building friendships, deepening faith, and having a blast! Whether they’re diving into a Bible story, competing in a relay race, or singing with their friends, 4th and 5th graders will leave with lasting memories and a stronger connection to God and His church.

Pathfinder is another option for 4th-5th graders. The difference in Discovery & Pathfinder is Discovery is 4 days and Pathfinder is 3. We recommend Pathfinders for those students who aren't quite ready to spend a 3rd night away from home.

There is plenty of spot for your camper! This is going to be a week full of excitement!
