Our support groups are structured to help participants build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and process the void left by loss in a safe and supportive environment.

We’re looking for amazing food trucks to partner with us for the FREE TO DREAM Community Fun Day hosted by Prism Project, New Creation CHOG, and Soberhood! 💛

This free community event will bring families together for:
🎈 Games & activities
🎒 Back-to-school supplies
🎶 Youth talent showcase
🐐 Petting zoo & inflatables
🤝 Community connection
