Since January 2015, the small group of us have been protesting, marching, rallying and holding educational meetings to inform citizens and incite change within our city. April 25, 2014 marks the date where the citizens of Flint have been consuming and paying 8 times the national average for water contaminated with TTHMs (carcinogenic byproducts), ecoli, lead, copper and many other heavy metals. Flint Water Crisis Settlement Update:
Filing from Special Master Greenspan: "In the Fall eligible claimants will receive specific instructions on how to obtain their payment. Currently, no payment letters or requests for bank information have been sent out. You will not be asked to provide such information except in the official Flint Water payment portal that you will be given access to. That Portal is NOT yet open. If you have received a request for bank information related to the settlement, do NOT provide any information and contact the Special Master's office at (202) 420-2200."

PLEASE do NOT give your banking or personal information out to anyone as scammers will be looking for targets. Please call the above number for questions!
