Those tiny teeth have a big job to do!

Baby teeth help children eat, speak, smile confidently and make room for their permanent teeth. That’s why building healthy habits early matters!

Start with brushing twice a day and regular dental visits! Healthy smiles start small. ✨

Healthy eyes play a big role in how kids learn, play, and experience the world around them. 👀

But children may not always know how to tell us when something doesn’t look quite right.

Early detection can help protect your child’s eye health and make sure they have the clear vision they need to thrive.

If you’ve noticed changes in your child’s vision or have concerns, come see our caring doctors here at Mott Children’s Health Center. We’re here to help keep your little ones healthy, happy, and seeing clearly! 💙

Provider Spotlight: Noel Midler!

For the past six years, Noel Midler has been making a meaningful difference at Mott Children’s Health Center as a Speech and Language Pathologist. Noel earned her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Wayne State University and is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist in Michigan. She has also held a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) since 2014.

At MCHC, Noel provides evaluation and treatment to help children overcome communication, language, and feeding challenges. Her areas of focus include early childhood intervention, child-led play therapy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). By collaborating closely with families, Noel helps children build meaningful, everyday communication skills during some of their most important developmental years.

“Empowering communication through AAC isn't just a career, it is the profound joy of helping an individual find their unique voice.”

And a fun fact about Noel? She’s an amateur beekeeper!

Working with thousands of busy bees has given her an even greater appreciation for the power of teamwork and communication.

We’re proud to have Noel as part of the Mott Children’s Health Center team and grateful for the care, expertise, and compassion she brings to the children and families we serve. 💙

Healthy eating doesn't have to mean a complete menu makeover. 💚

Sometimes the smallest changes can make the biggest difference. Swapping foods can add more nutrition without sacrificing the fun.

Remember, healthy habits are built one choice at a time!
