Provider Spotlight: Noel Midler!
For the past six years, Noel Midler has been making a meaningful difference at Mott Children’s Health Center as a Speech and Language Pathologist. Noel earned her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Wayne State University and is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist in Michigan. She has also held a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) since 2014.
At MCHC, Noel provides evaluation and treatment to help children overcome communication, language, and feeding challenges. Her areas of focus include early childhood intervention, child-led play therapy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). By collaborating closely with families, Noel helps children build meaningful, everyday communication skills during some of their most important developmental years.
“Empowering communication through AAC isn't just a career, it is the profound joy of helping an individual find their unique voice.”
And a fun fact about Noel? She’s an amateur beekeeper!
Working with thousands of busy bees has given her an even greater appreciation for the power of teamwork and communication.
We’re proud to have Noel as part of the Mott Children’s Health Center team and grateful for the care, expertise, and compassion she brings to the children and families we serve. 💙
