Olivia Wright is an engineering leader, speaker, and proud SWE alumna who now works in supply chain leadership at Michelin North America. With a background in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from Kettering University, Olivia is passionate about helping young engineers navigate uncertainty, embrace redirection, and build confidence in their career journeys. She has led cross-functional programs, delivered impactful cost-saving initiatives, and spoken at national SWE conferences on storytelling, career development, and personal growth. Olivia’s upcoming session, “Redirection: When the Path Changes, But the Purpose Doesn’t,” empowers students to see detours as opportunities that shape extraordinary careers.

This opportunity allowed us to develop professionally through numerous professional development sessions, visiting the career fair, and participating in special events at the conference such as the Collegiate Leaders Reception.
