The Firebirds club is both the largest and oldest club at Kettering University. It has existed as the "Firebirds" club since 1953, named after the original General Motors Firebirds concept car. Before 1953, it was known as the "Motorsports" club, likely existing since shortly after the school was founded in 1919. We host autocross events, drag racing events, karting events, car shows, and others.

We also enjoy Top Gear and pizza. Lots of Top Gear and Pizza. Meetings happen every odd Wednesday in room 1817. President: Alex Ripstein
