The Annual Flint River GREEN Student Summit was so successful and fun this year! Thank you Kettering University, GM, Genesee County Parks, City of Flint, Genesee County Drain Office, Genesee Conservation District, Flint Institute of Arts, MSU Extension, U of M Flint, For-Mar Nature Preserve, DNR Fisheries, Keep Genesee County Beautiful and the Flint River Watershed Coalition. Your support of Youth Environmental Learning and Place Based Education made the Summit come to life! (More photos coming soon!)

Flint Cultural Center Academy Middle School Environmental Science at Thread Creek-Flint Golf Course this morning.
It was a beautiful morning. We enjoyed our Flint River GREEN testing and engaging with the creek.
The hard work these citizen scientists put in will be reported to the golf course. FRWC hasn’t tested here before and they were happy to have us!
