Available units: 2, 3, and 4-bedroom

📅 Application Period: Opens: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Closes: Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

💻 Applications will be accepted ONLINE ONLY during this window.

⚠️ Please note: This application is for River Park Townhomes Low-Income Public Housing only — it is NOT an application for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program.

Carriage Town Ministries is giving away backpacks filled with school supplies, clothing, and other resources to help children ages 5-13 start the school year off right! If your family is in need of these items, we would love to serve you.

Pre-registration for backpacks is required and closes July 31. Backpacks are limited to the first 150 registered children , so be sure to sign up early!
