Today is the day! 💗✨

After months of planning, serving, growing, and building alongside our amazing community, we are finally here for the Revive Community Health Center Grand Finale Celebration!

Today is more than an event — it’s a celebration of the village we created, the families we served, the partnerships that helped us grow, and the countless lives that have been touched along the way. 💕

We invite our Village Moms, program participants, partners, supporters, community leaders, staff, volunteers, and friends of Revive to join us as we reflect on our journey, celebrate our accomplishments, recognize those who helped make the work possible, and honor the legacy we are leaving behind.

There will be special remarks, community and partner recognition, awards, leadership recognition, reflection, fellowship, and so much more. 🥂✨

Your presence means so much to us. Whether you have been with Revive from the beginning or joined us along the way, you are a part of this story — and a part of our village.

❤️ Six Years. One Mission. An Impact That Will Last.

For six years, Revive Community Health Center has had the honor of walking alongside expecting mothers, babies, families, and our community.

Today, we share some difficult news: Revive will transition its services effective September 30, 2026.

While this chapter is coming to a close, the impact of Revive does not end here. We are deeply proud of every mother supported, every family connected to resources, and every life touched through this work.

This transition is not a reflection of our commitment or the importance of our mission. Our priority remains ensuring the families we currently serve are supported and connected to available resources.

To our families, staff, volunteers, partners, funders, healthcare providers, and community — thank you for believing in Revive and allowing us to serve. Six years of service would not have been possible without you. ❤️
