After months of planning, serving, growing, and building alongside our amazing community, we are finally here for the Revive Community Health Center Grand Finale Celebration!
Today is more than an event — it’s a celebration of the village we created, the families we served, the partnerships that helped us grow, and the countless lives that have been touched along the way. 💕
We invite our Village Moms, program participants, partners, supporters, community leaders, staff, volunteers, and friends of Revive to join us as we reflect on our journey, celebrate our accomplishments, recognize those who helped make the work possible, and honor the legacy we are leaving behind.
There will be special remarks, community and partner recognition, awards, leadership recognition, reflection, fellowship, and so much more. 🥂✨
