Our new HELD series: Pregnancy After Loss is a 6-week support program created for bereaved mothers navigating pregnancy after loss.
This program offers a compassionate space to care for the mind, body, and spirit while honoring both the baby who died and the baby being carried. Through guided reflection, shared connection, prenatal yoga, and intentional rest, participants are gently supported by others who understand the complexity of pregnancy after loss.
We meet weekly for 90 minutes in a small group setting where all experiences are honored and valued.
Each week includes:
🤍 Guided reflection
🩷 Shared connection & support
💛 Gentle prenatal yoga & intentional rest
🤍 Space to honor and remember baby(ies)

There is something uniquely tender about navigating pregnancy after loss. The hope, the fear, the grief, the love… all existing together at once.
✨ We are honored to begin offering a new virtual HELD Series: Pregnancy After Loss. ✨
Our first cohort, launching in June, will be specifically for those who have experienced stillbirth or late term loss.
This small 6 week series will include:
🤍 Weekly 90 minute virtual classes
🤍 Personal reflection
🤍 Shared connection & community
🤍 Pregnancy after loss support
🤍 Gentle prenatal & trauma informed yoga
🤍 Intentional rest and nervous system support
This space is designed to meet participants exactly where they are, while honoring both the baby they carry and the baby they carry in their heart. 🙏
To help create safety, connection, and space for sharing, participation will be limited to no more than 6 participants.

TFMR stands for Termination for Medical Reasons. It is a deeply complex and often misunderstood experience, where parents are faced with serious medical realities and decisions no one should have to make, all while holding immense love for their baby.
At its core, these decisions are rooted in love, compassion, and an unimaginable weight no parent should have to carry.
Today, on TFMR Awareness Day, we honor TFMR families and acknowledge the love, the grief, and the weight of these experiences.
To the families who have experienced this,
