This Thursday! Please join us as we support survivors and honor victims of domestic violence.

THIS YEAR immediately following the vigil, we will be hosting a candlelight walk to Stangl Factory where we will have a public dedication to our Safehouse animal-friendly renovations.

SAFE in Hunterdon is proud to announce that with the generosity of RedRover, The Greater Good Foundation and The Community Foundation, the animal-friendly renovations to our Safehouse have been completed.

We can't bring you to the Safehouse so we are bringing the Safehouse to you!

These events are free, open to the public and refreshments will be served.

Please save the date and mark your calendars. Please join us for a public dedication of our animal-friendly Safehouse renovations.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This month we remember victims and stand in support of survivors of domestic violence.

A huge part of this month is also raising awareness in hopes of preventing future violence.

SAFE in Hunterdon is so grateful to everyone who came out to our Gala celebration in honor of BWNICE. BWNICE is a women's networking community throughout the east coast and SAFE in Hunterdon's charity partner. At the Gala we were able to honor all of their hard work and dedication within our community and every community they serve.

We are so grateful to all of our community sponsors, the very generous auction donations, the event committee, who made the Gala possible and all who attended in support.

A light in the Darkness is a candlelight vigil held every year by SAFE in Hunterdon to honor victims and survivors of domestic violence.
Thursday, October 15th, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Justice Complex, 65 Park Ave. in Flemington.
