I believe that I have stumbled into a blessing to finally get this journey of a nonprofit in my brother's honor to a beginning point.

I still need a board of directors to turn the nonprofit into an actual 501 (3) C charitable corporation.

Anyone that wants to be a part of a nonprofit corporation minimal energy and effort required?

The organization is still fledgling, but the work has not stopped. If anyone wants to volunteer money or time, either are welcome.

There is a lot of good yet to be done in my brother's name.

Good morning to all. It got decently cold last night. Winter is almost upon us, and colder temperatures are to come.

I am thinking of organizing a blanket, coat, and or sock drive in Chattanooga exactly where is yet to be determined as is the date. I will post an update very soon about everything as soon as the details are sorted out.
