Northern Arizona Care And Services After Assault NACASA is a r**e crisis center providing 24 hour, 365 days a year availability for medical forensic examinations. We serve adult and adolescent victims.

Welcome to NACASA's page. If you have been assaulted, you have options. What you decide to do is up to you and you will be supported in whatever decision you choose. If the assault happened within 5 days, you have the right to a medical forensic exam - with or without law enforcement involvement. This is a FREE exam - you will receive a comprehensive medical/forensic exam by trained exami

ners. Medication to prevent STDs, emergency contraception and HIV prevention are available at no cost.
*An exam is on your terms. They are confidential, private and you decide what happens each step of the way. If you want to report the assault to police right away, please call 911 and an exam will be part of the process. If you want time to decide if you want to report to law enforcement, you can still have the exam done anonymously. Call 928.527.1900 or 1.877.634.2723 to schedule an exam. Whether the assault is ever reported is totally up to you - the exam is still free of charge. If you want a referral for a counselor or would like to participate in a free sexual assault survivor's support group, please call 928.522.9460 for more information.
