Run coach + midwife Acadia Gantz, the Acadia Gantz, is coming to See Her Outside this Thursday! 👏

Acadia grew up on the river in summer and knew she wanted to be a river guide long before she knew what else she wanted to do. She guided whitewater and worked ski patrol for years before becoming a midwife.

This episode is going to be a VERY powerful one -- go subscribe to See Her Outside now to listen when it airs.

Our first women's 50+ adventure was a memorable one -- these women faced a thunderstorm inside the Grand Canyon 😲

With smart decision making and great attitudes, the group enjoyed a big day in the big ditch... .. And fundraised over $10k for outdoor scholarships for girls and women!

Should we host another Grand Canyon group hike?! 🏜️
