MEET BETSY ❤️ She was born & raised in West Allis and is now less than 1,000 away from becoming the FIRST person with MS to run across the US — yes, the ENTIRE COUNTRY! 🤯
Her goal⁉️ To raise awareness for MS — a chronic disease that attacks the nervous system, causing everything from muscle weakness to vision and speech problems — AND prove it’s not a death sentence.
Betsy started in California on March 9 and already has run through AZ, NM, OK, KS, MO, & IL!
She's currently jogging through Indiana, and then has just three states to go before a mid-June finish in NYC 👏🏾
Betsy runs 35 miles EVERY DAY and takes a rest day every 10 days — although “rest" is subjective (she often insists on walking 8-10 miles on those days!)
