It has been a wonderful 3 years at our location at 213 S San Francisco Street. In addition to offering hundreds of ongoing classes in Capoeira, Samba drum, and West African drum and dance, over fifty Indigenous artists from around the world came to the CIMC to share their powerful traditions with the Flagstaff community. The events were often transformative and unifying, creating cross-cultural bonds that will continue to endure. Our doors may be closing but our 501c3 remains open as we focus on future opportunities for growth and unity through music, dance, and spirit.
