Flagstaff Teens! We're kicking off our Fall fitness season. Sinagua Middle School and Ponderosa High School students are invited to attend their respective after school class.
Our public class will be at Hal Jensen Rec Center on Fridays from 1-2:15.
Earn a sweet hoodie after 10 classes.
We have a selection of additional teen-approved prizes up for grabs too!
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!! This is a fun functional fitness class, you will learn as you go.
Classes will begin the week of September 16th.
