The Yee Ha’ólníi Doo Housing Rehabilitation Program has continued to make steady progress.

In early June, the program reported 128 completed homes as Priority One work neared completion. By June 17, the total had reached 133. The program has now completed 139 homes, with another project in Wide Ruins, Arizona, expected to bring the total to 140.

Three remaining projects are planned in Cove, Arizona, which would bring the final total under the current grant cycle to 143 homes.

After construction is completed, the program plans to provide homeowner education on basic repairs and home maintenance.

Good morning, relatives.

As our work in Many Farms nears completion, we are honored to share that this community-led effort will bring our total to 128 completed homes.

For the past two years, we have focused on serving Priority One communities, working alongside our relatives to address critical housing needs. As we approach the end of the ADOH Grant, we are preparing to move forward into Priority Two communities.

We are planning one housing project in each of the following communities:

🏡 Shonto, AZ
🏡 Steamboat, AZ
🏡 Ganado, AZ
🏡 Dilkon, AZ
🏡 Cove, AZ

We have also identified Priority 2 and Priority 3 applicants, helping guide the next steps of this work with care and intention.

We are grateful for the resilience, partnership, and trust of our relatives across these communities. Every project reflects our shared commitment to safe, healthy housing and community well-being.

We continue this work together. 💛🏠

Housing Rehabilitation
The Yee Ha’ólníi Doo Housing Rehabilitation is moving forward with steady progress.
One project at a time, these contractors are putting in the work. Phase 1 is expected to be completed next week, with the footing, stem wall, and floor coming together before moving into Phase 2.
We’re grateful for the partnership with the ADOH and AES Grant. The support that helps make this community-led work possible. A special thank-you to Scott Construction for doing a great job, as always, and to our Housing Rehabilitation Team for its dedication and care.
Through Yee Ha’ólníi Doo, we continue this work together to support the resilience, dignity and well-being of our relatives. 💙
