Join us for our next Culture Kitchen!

This month, we’re partnering with NAU’s Global Engagement and Language Learning Center (GELL) for a special hands-on cooking experience with Chef Michael Rulon.

We’ll be making Fresh Spring Rolls while also exploring the history behind the dish and the influence of French colonization on Vietnamese cuisine.

The recipe is naturally vegan and gluten-free (aside from the sauce), and no advanced cooking experience is needed.

Join us Friday, October 2nd for our Disability Culture Revealed; Art, History, and Community Voices exhibition opening!

In partnership with NAU’s Disability resources, and the Hozhoni Foundation’s Residential Art Program the CCAZ team has created this exhibition to help viewers explore disability culture through art, history, and community voices. Stop by the Historic Ice House during First Friday ArtWalk to see it yourself!
