‼️‼️TRANSPARENCY MOMENT LONG POST‼️

So anybody who knows me and had been following my sons journey you know that hes the sweetest kid ever!! He has accomplished so much just at the age of 10 but it wasn’t always like this!!!! He ticks, he has had seizures, non verbal, rubbing p**p on the walls. Mood swings, finding the right medication, Hes been kicked out of school.

Ben Hill Pre-K was so horrible to my son!!!! Always calling me to pick him up, I remember going into the classroom and they forced him to clean up after he had a fit and threw toys EVERYWHERE!!! Jaquetta Brown was the principal and Nikki Cobb was his teacher. They told me they had to move on with their day and Kydon will clean that area up!!! I GOT IN MY HANDS AND KNEES CLEANING UP THAT CLASSROOM AND DROVE HOME CRYING!! Ben Hill Primary was ok…..just not enough teachers who understood autism but everyone was willing to learn and as an advocate I had to come up with solutions that I got from God. GET AN ADVOCATE don’t let these schools tell you the wrong things!!

As he turned 8 things weren’t so different until he went to Bee-Haviral therapy!! He loved Page and Tessa!!! So of course they graduated HIM EARLY out of the program because he began to thrive!! He has suffered so much and been neglected by lots of people!!!

BUT IN THIS SEASON MY SWEET BABY HAS BEEN SO GOOD!!! God has answered so many of my prayers!!!! To see him have a full conversation with anybody, still developing and making friends, EATING REAL FOOD!!! Not just nuggets and mac and cheese, MY BABY ATE A PORK STEAK😭😭😭😭🥹🥹🥹 rice with sausage, noodles, mashed potatoes, fried chicken, chicken patties WITH BREAD, PANCAKES WITH BACON AND GRITS!! These are the days I’ve prayed for and I’m telling all autism mamas ITS NOT EASY!!! NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR CHILDREN AND FAST AND PRAY!!!!! Keep praying and believing in God and you will see the evidence of HIS GOODNESS!!! I’m so proud of my son and STACEY WITH EVERYTHING WE DO WITHOUT THERAPY!!!! God is so good!!! ‼️‼️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🩷🩷🩷🩷
