What is Vingård?

Vingård is Four Winds Farm’s monthly w**e club. The name Vingård, inspired by Wisconsin’s Scandinavian heritage, translates to “vineyard,” but also carries the literal meaning of “w**e farm”—a concept that captures the idea of w**e and agriculture existing in dialogue with each other. After the success of the w**e club, we are now expanding to offer our members and guests additional w**e experiences at Four Winds Farm.

UPDATE: October 16 is SOLD OUT! Reserve now for November!

New to line dancing? Join us at Four Winds Farm next week - beginners are welcome!

You’ll learn four dances, with chances to practice them again throughout the night. During open dance, those who know the dances will jump in, and you’re welcome to follow along and learn!

Find a spot with experienced dancers around you; we turn to face different walls, so the outside edge isn’t always the easiest place to follow. Keep drinks off the dance floor, give your neighbors space, and keep your steps in your own bubble when it’s crowded.

Swipe for the tips and remember missed steps are part of the fun!

Next in Four Winds Farm’s series of regional explorations, October’s dinner will feature an exploration of France’s iconic Rhône Valley, guided by Tom Loup of Vino Veritas. We’ll taste w**es from the iconic Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Northern Rhône Syrah, and several more.

Recently named Chef in Residence of Four Winds Farm, Jon Rosnow will return to Four Winds for this dinner. His menus always feature locally grown or foraged produce and proteins, which he handpicks and preserves himself. Each w**e will be thoughtfully paired with a dish to highlight its unique flavors and characteristics. James Juedes, beverage director for Four Winds Farm, will oversee w**e service.

Wines to be poured:
2025, Grenache Blanc, Domaine La Manarine, Côte-du-Rhône
2025, Rosé Grenache Blend, Château de Manissy, “Cuvée de Lys” Tavel
2024, Syrah, Etienne Bécheras, Crozes-Hermitage
2023, Grenache/Mourvèdre, Domaine Saint-Damien, “Les Souteyrades” Gigondas
