A breast cancer diagnosis is one of them.

I know the fear.
I know the uncertainty.
I know what it feels like to wonder, “What happens now?”

And I also know the strength that comes from being surrounded by people who care.

As a breast cancer survivor, this month means more to me than just wearing pink. It’s a reminder of the women who are still fighting, the women who have finished treatment, the families standing beside them, and the beautiful lives we’re all fighting so hard to protect. 💗

So I’m inviting you

Rooted Yoga takes on Benmarl Winery to honor Breast Cancer awareness month.
Kate will lead a gentle 1 hour vinyasa flow from 10-11 AM (please arrive at least 15 min prior to class time!
Proceeds will be donated directly to the Brielle Grace Breast Cancer Foundation.

After class, please feel free to hang around the vineyard and enjoy the beautiful scenery (or a glass or 3 of w**e).

am truly honored to share that the incredible students at Roy C. Ketcham High School in Wappingers Falls selected the Brielle Grace Breast Cancer Foundation as a recipient of their Student Council Bingo Night fundraiser.

These young leaders are beyond their years. Their hearts, their kindness, and their drive to make a difference are qualities that inspire all of us. It is such an admirable trait to see compassion in action at such a young age.

On behalf of the Brielle Grace Breast Cancer Foundation, I am so deeply thankful and grateful. Thank you for choosing us. Because of you, we will be able to continue helping so many families right here in our local community.
