Proxy Votes: May be delivered to HOA Secretary Jessica Kluth at 11622 Tamarisk Blvd before or during the meeting.
Proposed Amendments:
Proposed Amendment – $350 Annual Dues
• Increases annual dues from $250 to $350 per lot beginning in 2026.
• Ensures adequate funding for landscaping, pond care, lighting, insurance, and reserves.
• Requires 50% homeowner approval (21 of 42 homes) to pass.
Proposed Amendment – Lighting Additions and Modifications
• Replaces three entrance light poles with modern fixtures and adds two new lights at darker intersections for safety and consistency.
• Estimated annual increase to operating cost: $120–$240 total.
• Requires 70% homeowner approval (30 of 42 homes) to pass.
Proposed Amendment – Allowable Shed Height Increase
• Updates the existing shed height limit (currently “no taller than the fence”) to a maximum of 10 feet overall while keeping all other rules intact.
• Provides homeowners with more flexibility for standard prefabricated storage units.
• Requires 70% homeowner approval (30 of 42 homes) to pass.
