A full house gathered today for the launch of Theresa Evans' book, Choosing to Die: A Daughter’s Story of Supporting Her Mother’s End of Life Through Assisted Death.

Evans was joined by physician Dr. John Clifford for a discussion about what it means to support a loved one who has chosen medical assistance in dying (MAiD) and the responsibilities and compassion involved in supporting a person's end-of-life choice.

Theresa began writing about her mother's journey when she participated in Write On’s 2023 year-long mentoring program for women. We're happy to see her bring her writing to fruition!
