🫐🍑 MY SECRET PEACH DRESSING 🥗✨

Made this for my blueberry, peach & arugula summer salad and it’s SO GOOD!

Secret Dressing:
🍑 ½ ripe peach
🫒 ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
🤍 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
🍁 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
🍋 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
🌿 1 tsp Dijon mustard
🧂 Pinch of salt
✨ Fresh cracked pepper
🌱 2–3 fresh basil leaves

Throw EVERYTHING into the food processor and blend until smooth & creamy. 🤌🏻

Pour over:
🌿 Baby arugula
🫐 Fresh blueberries
🍑 Sliced peaches
🧀 Feta
🧅 Red onion
🤎 Toasted walnuts

Sweet, tangy, salty, crunchy and SO fresh. ☀️
