Special thanks to everyone who has helped with bottle-prep, crushing, and spreading the word. We’ll keep crushing up until the holidays. Living in a country where Lady Liberty keeps her flame burning bright makes me Pines Local, proud to be an American not-for-profit.
Pines Local is accepting clean, dry beverage and food-containers for Pines-based recycling at 202 Pine Walk. We take your bottles and jars and break them down into safe to handle sand. As we complete our proof-of-concept we are showing how our local “waste” can be harnessed as a natural resource which The Pines can use for conservation, transportation, and beautification.
