Our Kiwanis Club is excited to partner with Wainwright Intermediate's 5th Grade Outdoor Education Camp 26/27 Fundraiser. Come support their students by purchasing snacks or by making a donation during upcoming baseball games on Wednesday and Thursday evenings in May and June. They are located in the pool walk-up window near the bathrooms.

We are excited to present our newest addition to the Tot Lot Little Free Library that we sponsor. We now have a new and improved library box thanks to Fircrest Police Detective, John Roberts who built this for us! Since we installed the original box in 2013 this well loved library has been home to hundreds of children's books we have provided or that have been donated by our community. We are so grateful to have the library back in action. Thank you again Det. Roberts!!

We are excited to announce in partnership with the Fircrest Parks & Recreation Dept. a new service project. The Murphy's We Care Club! The goal of the MWCC is to provide a fun, safe activity for families, individuals, and groups to come together and make a positive difference in their community. The Club will continue year-round and encourage our members to pick up litter in our parks and their neighborhoods regularly. We would also like to hold future events that encourage helping our neighbors in need with food or school supply drives, etc.

The MWCC kick-off happens at the 2025 FIRfest on Saturday, November 15th at Whittier Park. The community will be invited to meet at Whittier Park to take the pledge and receive their MWCC kit. There will be a park cleanup during the event.

We have launched a new Murphy's We Care Club page for communication and to post pictures from members of their activities. Check us out!

What a great event to be a part of. With the help of our club members, community supporters, and our Fircrest City Council Representatives we served over 1000+ strawberry shortcakes and sold out by 7:30. A special shout out to Michele from Maggie Magee's Bake Shop. We so appreciate all you do to make this such a successful fundraiser for our club!
