Braden Kramer Foundation Diagnosis:
In September 2015, at the age of 4, Braden Kramer was diagnosed with Leukemia T-ALL. It affects people all around us. Let’s face it. It truly does.

The Braden Kramer Foundation was established to honor Braden's fight against Cancer by raising funds that will positively impact families affected by pediatric Cancer. Braden Kramer Foundation:
As family and friends have wrapped their minds around Braden and his family's "new normal," it was realized that we all are affected by Cancer in some way. When we think of Cancer, lately, the word communit

y comes to mind. Cancer and Community come together like this: We are all affected by Cancer in some way. Our mother, our father, our nieces and nephews, our brother, our sister, our friend, our co-worker. It’s at home, at work….it’s in our community. But Community, that’s what helps us get through Cancer. It takes a community to help those with Cancer. No one can fight that battle without help, faith, and resources. A community. The fundraising arm for the Braden Kramer Fund will be the Black Swamp Golf Outing. This is a premier annual golf event that has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for our community over the last 17+ years.
