Ten years ago, Leslie Platt walked through every mother’s worst nightmare.

Her daughter, Dafne Bianchi, was diagnosed with Stage 4 soft tissue sarcoma, and just 32 days later, Dafne passed away.

10 years later, Dafne’s story is still speaking.

On Sunday, October 25, Leslie will be with us at New Day to share Dafne’s story, their family’s journey, and how faith carried them through a season they never could have imagined.

This will be more than a story about loss. It will be a testimony of faith, strength, love, and the faithfulness of God in the darkest valley.

If you have ever faced loss, pain, or a season you did not understand, you do not want to miss this service.

What an Amazing Day! My heart is so full! Thank you all so much for supporting this Competition, it means the world to all of us. It’s a way we can see a little of Dafne through these beautiful babies. My Momma heart is so full! Thank you so much for sitting in a heat with us, we appreciate all of you so much, you will never regret these memories you are creating with your beautiful children!!

Tonight we had the honor of presenting the Dafne Bianchi Memorial Scholarship! I absolutely love doing this and helping others in Dafnes Memory! It’s been 10 years this year and as hard as that is to believe we know she would love that we are able to give this away! Being the hands and feet of Daf is an absolute honor!
This year’s recipients are; Aeris Caudill, Rylee McCreary and my very own step-Daughter Kennadi Platt! I loved being able to give Kennadi a piece of our little girl, her step Sister that she never got to meet. We hope each one of these girls make a big impact on this world and leaves an impression that others won’t forget them just like Dafne!
