A big THANK YOU to Way to Battle for partnering with Hope House to provide Battle Pups for our shelter residents and resident kiddos.

A soft, comforting item may seem simple, but during seasons of uncertainty it can provide reassurance, familiarity, and something to hold onto during difficult moments.

As you can see, our staff may have had a little too much fun unpacking the shipment. We know these cuddly companions will bring even more smiles to the people we serve.

Join us in welcoming Joy to Hope House! We asked Joy what excites her about her role at Hope House and she told us, "I am excited to join the Hope House team because I enjoy building relationships, coordinating resources, and bringing people together to support those in need. Hope House’s mission of providing hope and stability to women and women with children is something I’m honored to be a part of. I am also excited to connect with volunteers, foster meaningful community partnerships, and bring people together to make a tangible impact in our community."

In her free time, she likes to spend time with her Husband and four boys, caring for the animals on their small farm. Joy also enjoys trips to TJ Maxx and soaking up the sunshine whenever possible!

We are grateful to be part of such a generous and caring community! It is incredible to think of the lives touched and changed because of this impact.

We are thrilled to share an incredible moment in our history. Because of the incredible power of endowment and the generosity of our community, The Community Foundation has officially surpassed $100 million in cumulative grants awarded.

From economic growth to parks and arts to housing and so much more, we've accomplished a great deal together since our very first grants in the late 1970s.
