These ladies battled today! So they are 2-0 in 16u pool play at Uncle Charlie's Tournaments Summer Sizzler in Findlay. The bats have been hot🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Abigail Bryant smoked a ball over the 210 fence to join the bomb squad with Uncle Charlie’s Tournaments.
This talented group takes the field at 9:30am tomorrow for 2 more pool games and Sunday bracket play. Don’t miss your last chance to see Buckeye Heat before the organization is retired.

It’s a bittersweet moment as we kick off our last tournament before the Buckeye Heat organization officially retires.

These girls may be going their separate ways when they move up to 16U but the memories, laughs, heart and hustle they showed will stick with us all forever!

Top 16 of 150 teams is pretty impressive. Sure, we wanted to go all the way but it isn’t always your day. These girls fought through every game and never gave up. Game 3 they went into the last inning with time expired, down 8-0 but made a run for it scoring 5 runs. Pleased with the weekend going 6-1. Big hits today- Bella, BK, and Abigail all hit a homerun for the day.
Back at it next weekend in Findlay playing in Summer Sizzler 16u which will be our last tournament as one.
If anyone has interest in a player coming to your team please reach out. They have been attending tryouts and we look forward to see them grow in the future. Once a member of Buckeye HEAT, you’re always family.

World Series day 2 random shots

Awesome day for the Heat ladies! Went 4-0 in pool play over the past two days. Abigail successfully picked off 2 runners in a game as catcher (game 3) and stole home on a delay (game 4). BK pictured with her fancy perfect game ribbon for game 3. Bella with her Homerun ribbon from game 3 and Ellie was MVP of game 4! So many great plays and a great run so far by the entire team. We will be back bright and early for bracket play- catch us on GameChanger or on field 21 at Berliner!

Spotlight on BK- you’ll never find a more relaxed, funny, kind hearted kid thank Kylie. She will tie your shoe, break a bat, ask if she can have some candy, sing the other teams cheers with them and pitch her gyatt off.
Not only did she pitch a perfect game today- let me just list her stats for the 4 pool play games.

More to come but 1st game MVP is Kylie “BK” Eastep who pitched a no hitter, no walks, 14 strikeouts! I’d call that a pretty perfect game! Our #8 Bella Costa smashed a bomb over left center! We have much more to celebrate today so stay tuned…..
