How does this work??
Many people have asked, so here are the details. ⬇️
You visit the Upper Bar & Grill or reach out to a board member and buy your ticket(s). 231-620-3663
1 ball for $20 or 6 balls for $100.
Each ticket has a number that matches a numbered ball—see photo below.
On May 24 we will gather all 1,000 balls and load them into a box that will be carried by a drone.
The drone will then fly over the football field at Forest Area High School and release them.
Whatever ball lands on or closest to the designated bullseye on the field wins the grand prize of $5,000.
You do not need to be present to win.
This is a big fundraiser and all proceeds will go towards the $27,000 firework bill. Yes, you read that correctly $27,000 is the cost to light up Fife Lake on the 4th of July.
In addition to that large bill is the cost of every other activity and event planned for the holiday weekend. Music on the beach, kids day, the parade, the car show and many others.
The Chamber of Commerce is not a government entity and receives ZERO tax dollars. We are a private, 501c(6) non-profit organization.
The festivals you love, the banners downtown, and the community traditions we cherish are funded exclusively through membership dues, donations, and aggressive fundraising. We exist to keep this village vibrant, but we can only do what we can afford.
The Chamber and our community thank you for your incredible support as we work together to keep the spirit of Fife Lake alive!
