🎣 CASTING FOR KIDS BENEFIT BASS TOURNAMENT — HONORING GRADEE BOOK 🎣

Casting for Kids is rallying behind Gradee Book and her family as they face a life-changing journey. During the 2024–2025 school year, Gradee began struggling to see the board at school. Testing led to a devastating diagnosis: Optic Atrophy 1, a rare degenerative eye disease. In just one year, she lost nearly all her vision and is now legally blind.

Recently, genetic testing revealed an even more serious diagnosis — a rare mutation affecting her vision and neurological function that can cause loss of motor skills and seizures. There is no cure. Her family is fighting for insurance approval for a medication that may help slow her symptoms.
