It takes a special kind of magic to pull off a youth fair, and honestly, we’re so darn lucky that our magic is 100% volunteer-powered! ✨💪

From the folks who donate their hard-earned time and talent to every single donor who keeps us going. We literally couldn't do it without you.

We were built on the best foundation possible thanks to the legendary late Chris Paul, and that spirit is still going strong today.

We are on a roll and keeping the momentum going—huge thanks to Matt A. for stepping up as our new Poultry 🐓 superintendent!

We’re getting closer to having our dream team locked in for 2027. If you've been on the fence about jumping in, now is the time to grab a spot and help us make this our best year yet.

We still need leaders for a few more key divisions:

🤠 Junior Rodeo
🧶 Knitting

We are very excited to announce the BEEF DIVISION IS COMING BACK IN 2027!

We still have more divisions to fill but this is a great start to another great year and fair.

We hope you all had great fairs and earned lots of blue ribbons. If you’re heading to the state fair next month we wish you the best there too.

We were just thinking about how incredibly lucky we are in Whatcom County to have so many draft horse teams around. It’s such a rare and unique thing to see these massive, beautiful horses in action. Truly incredible to have this right in our backyard. If you’re at the State Fair as an exhibitor or as a spectator stop by and visit some of Whatcom County’s gentle giants on display.

Ps- you may or may not know but one of our board members is a “hitch family” and put on a great display at the fair for decades.

A special shout-out and extra kudos to a few of our superintendents and teen leaders who pulled off some big wins in the showring at the Skagit County Fair / Skagit Junior Livestock Show. Your dedication and leadership inspire us all. Keep up the incredible work, everyone!

Who knew lassoing could literally save lives?! 🤠🪢 As if we needed another reason—besides honoring Chris Paul—to bring back our Junior Rodeo division!
To make it happen next year, we’re looking for a Junior Rodeo Superintendent! If you or someone you know might be interested in stepping up, drop us a line—we'd love to chat. 📧

🤠 Bonus: Rodeo isn’t the only division making a comeback (we hope)! We’re also still wanting to bring back Photography, Beef, Poultry, Llama/Alpaca, Entrepreneurship, and a few others. Or maybe even add a few new ones… line dancing anyone? 💃

We love you, we know life happens, but it’s GO TIME for the fairs behind the scenes as soon as you hit submit and the computers don't have feelings. Go hit submit before you become a cautionary tale! ⏳

As a reminder to our community, we are a completely separate organization and cannot access or assist with registrations for other fairs. If you are experiencing technical difficulties or have questions about your submissions, please contact the specific fair office you are trying to enter directly.

We love seeing our youth succeed across the region and want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to showcase all their hard work this season. Best of luck to all the exhibitors getting their entries in today!
