Thank you to some of the organizations who help us bring the ✨ magic ✨ to every Horsey House Call (HHC):

🧶 Fleece & Thank You : Their goal is to provide every child facing hospital treatments with a colorful, comfortable fleece blanket and a video message of support from its maker.

🎲 The Bottomless Toy Chest : They are devoted to delivering empowering toys, craft projects, and interactive activities to hospitalized pediatric oncology patients.

🫙 Team NEGU : They believe every child fighting cancer deserves joy, the opportunity to smile, and provides kids fighting cancer with Jessie’s JoyJars®!

Our Hero Herd rolled into Detroit today to surprise K'hori with her very own Horsey House Call.🐴✨ From horsey snuggles to crafts and rides, it was a day full of fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories! 💜

Imagine being 5 years old and watching summer happen from your living room window.

You see bikes riding past the house. Neighbors running through sprinklers. Kids leaving for camp in matching T-shirts.

And from the couch, your child quietly asks:

“Do you think next summer I’ll get to go, too?”

That’s the kind of question childhood cancer creates.

Not just fear or hospital stays—but the slow heartbreak of missing out on being a kid.

That moment is exactly why we created Horsey House Calls.

We bring camp directly to children who are often too sick to attend traditional summer camp. We knock on the door with horse in trailer, set up activities in the front yard, and turn an ordinary afternoon into something unforgettable.

There’s horseback riding. Games. Crafts. Pizza. Laughter.

But more importantly, there’s something many of these kids haven’t felt in a long time:

Included.

For one afternoon, they’re not watching childhood happen from the sidelines.

They’re right in the middle of it. 🐎
