What to Expect at Living Waters World Outreach Center

Connection
When you walk through our doors you become family. You’ll be greeted with a smile and a hug (or a handshake if you prefer) because we are truly glad to see you. Experience has taught us that God is a author of divine appointments. Every time we gather together, we come expecting great things from the Lord. Worship
We believe God is

looking for worshipers who will worship Him in Spirit and in truth. Whether it is loud and expressive or quiet and reverential, for us, real worship is a matter of the heart. During worship, there is liberty to stand or to bow, to lift hands or to not, to dance or to be still in reverential awe of God. Though we consider ourselves a charismatic contemporary congregation we have a deep love and appreciation for music styles that are both old and new. Communion
Communion is a time for us to consider the sacrifice of Jesus and to remember Him and His great gift to us. Paul explains in 1 Corinthians 11:26 that as often as we partake in communion we proclaim the Lord’s death until His return. So, we regularly partake of the communion elements usually preceded by a short exhortation by a member of the pastoral staff. In this way the Holy Spirit can bring to our remembrance specific times and special ways God has been our salvation. Preaching of the Word
Pastor Rob brings a message of faith, hope and encouragement on a weekly basis. With a style that is both relevant and practical, you will find yourself challenged, refreshed and inspired to be everything God has called you to be.

What if God is not hard to reach at all -- but simply waiting for you to seek Him with your whole heart?
This Sunday at Living Waters, we explored what it truly means to walk in step with the Holy Spirit, not as a religious routine, but as a living, breathing partnership with God.

From Acts 13, we saw that the early church moved only after hearing from the Holy Spirit in worship and prayer. The result? A mission that changed the world. That same invitation stands before us today.

As 1 Corinthians 12:1 reminds us, God does not want us ignorant of spiritual things. He is a Spirit (John 4:24), and those who worship Him must do so on His terms. The question is not whether God is speaking -- it is whether we are listening.

Come grow with us. The greatest hour creation has ever known may be right in front of us.

What if the very thing that makes you uncomfortable is exactly what God is using to change everything? We are kicking off a brand new series called "Janet, Get Your Purse" -- and if you have ever walked into a Spirit-filled room and wanted to run, this series is for you.

Jesus said in John 7:38 that out of the heart of every believer would flow rivers of living water -- and that is not just a promise for a select few. It is God's design for every one of us. The earth will be filled with the knowledge of His glory (Habakkuk 2:14), and He intends to do it through people like you.

Paul told us in 1 Corinthians 12:1 that he did not want us ignorant of spiritual things. Neither do we. Come grow with us -- not go, but grow.

You are welcome to follow.

What if the miracle was never about what you had in your hands -- but about whose hands you placed it in? Jesus took five loaves and two fish, gave thanks, blessed, broke, and gave. And 5,000 people were fed with baskets left over.

The miracle did not happen in his hands. It happened in the hands of those who gave it away.

This Sunday, we explored what it means to be a people of blessing. Jesus is the Blesser, and when we flow in compassion, thanksgiving, and generosity, we participate in something far beyond our own capacity. As Proverbs 10:22 reminds us, the blessing of God brings richness without sorrow attached to it.

Open hands mean open heavens. The question is not whether God can multiply what you have -- it is whether you are willing to offer it. Come hungry. There is bread at this table.

What if the greatest miracle in your life is not waiting on more resources, but on God's blessing of what you already have? This Sunday's message reminded us that Jesus is a blesser, and that a boy's small lunch, placed in His hands, fed more than 5,000 people. The need was never dependent on the supply in hand, but on the blessing of the Lord resting on that supply.

Like David showing kindness to Mephibosheth for the covenant's sake, we are called to extend the kindness of God to those around us, not because they deserve it, but because of who we are in Christ. We bless for Jesus' sake.

Bring what you have to Him. Look up, give thanks, and watch what God multiplies. A new season of blessing is here for those who are willing to participate.

What if the God who created everything looked at you and said, "You are my supreme prize"? That is exactly what happened when Jesus willingly left the glory of heaven, put on human flesh, and gave his life as a perfect offering in our place. He did not count his divine fellowship with the Father as his highest treasure. You were.

The gospel is not about earning your way or getting it all together. It is about a perfect Savior who did for us what we could never do for ourselves. As 1 John 1:3 reminds us, this message is proclaimed so that we can have real fellowship with the Father and his Son, Jesus Christ.

If you have never said yes to Jesus, today is the day. Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that he is Lord, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10). That is the whole point.

Have you ever felt like God only cares if He shows up the way you expected Him to?
When the answer doesn’t come how we hoped, doubt can creep in fast. The enemy starts whispering, “You can’t trust God. If He loved you, He would have rescued you from this by now.”
But Jesus sees what we can’t always see.
Sometimes His love doesn’t look like a quick fix. Sometimes it looks like a deeper work, a higher purpose, and an eternal rescue we could never create on our own.
That’s real love. 🤍
