Lord, we lift up our brothers and sisters in Colombia who are suffering from the earthquakes in Colombia. God, you are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble with its tumult. God is in the midst of the city; it shall not be moved; God will help it when the morning dawns. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Help us to heal those broken in body or spirit, and to turn their sorrow into joy. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Since the Jumbo Shrimp adventure in May was canceled, some of us used the credit for the tickets yesterday. We had a blast! Pictured: The McCarthy family and the Phillips family. The Good Lord gave us a break in the heat as it was overcast. We need to bring this back next baseball season. ⚾️🙏🏼⛪️🍤

We’re overflowing with gratitude and joy!

St. Peter’s has been voted Readers’ Best Church of 2026! 🎉

This recognition isn’t about a building—it’s about the incredible people who make this church a place of faith, hope, love, and welcome. Every prayer offered, every hymn sung, every act of service, every child nurtured, every meal shared, and every life touched has helped make St. Peter’s a community where Christ is truly alive.

Thank you to everyone who voted and to all who call St. Peter’s home. Whether you’ve been here for decades or walked through our doors for the very first time, you are part of this joyful celebration.

We give thanks to God for this blessing and remain committed to our mission to know Christ, love one another, serve our neighbors, and worship with joyful hearts.

Come and see what God is doing at St. Peter’s—we’d love to welcome you!

It was a day of retreat for the staff of St. Peter’s yesterday. We gathered to deepen our relationships with Christ and one another, build trust, align around our shared mission, establish healthy expectations for ministry and prayerfully prepare for the year ahead. The best is yet to come!

If you've ever wondered what happens when you give a group of St. Peter's men power tools, coffee, and a mission...

Apparently, they start building ramps and stairs all over town.

They've solved countless problems with lumber, lag bolts, and the phrase, "Stand back—I have an idea."

The result? Safer homes, grateful neighbors, and a whole lot of lives made easier.

We're incredibly thankful for these men who put their faith into action, one board at a time!! Please contact Dan Roach if you would like to learn more.
