🤠 Here's a short from our National Day of Protest. put a smile on our face while he received honking car horns of support. Simultaneously, Maria Chappelle-Nadal was delivering a passionate plea for understanding this important cause.

For the record‼️ We had absolute permission to present our protest at this location with the owner of the property. The text exchange receipts are on Mildred Hatchett Johnson-Clines phone. Despite advising former Mayor Ella Jones that her live video was a complete and absolute lie, directing her to look at the owner's text log, she & her publicist have refused to delete their fabricated video but instead share it broadly in multiple groups & personal pages.

will never forget that Ella Jones is the cause for the 2nd largest protest here for sponsoring the Bill 7338/9. This PAC was formed from that fight. Our goal is to ensure such a thing never occurs again. Giving billionaires millions in tax abatements to construct a 200 MW dirty data center was an environmental & health risk as exampled in , , , .... There would be absolutely no reason for us to pretend to be hosting a rally under her name.

🗣 Giving a special shout out to our new Mayor , Councilpersons Naquittia Noah & Jamil Franklin (who also stopped by at the event). Thank you for killing the bill and supporting the voices of the people. 🙏 Stay with us as we work towards a moratorium or ban. The technology to guarantee safe, hyperscale AI Data Centers on lands is not there. Plus we have 8 times more than any country on the planet.

Lastly, we do not oppose the advancements of AI. Regulations are needed for its safe use, jobs security, & controls against it taking control as what recently occurred with OpenAI....

🤩 So grateful to KSDK News for covering our participation in the AI National Day of Protest!

Well guess what❓️ It appears former Ferguson, MO Mayor Ella Jones, who's running against our member Maria Chappelle-Nadal for the St. Louis County Council (District 1), felt it necessary to fabricate a lie to deflect.

She actually took time out of her day - 3 days later - to go to the location of the rally & guided the foreign speaking owner in a Facebook live video to state he didn't give us permission. We don't know if he was pressured or what happened for him to say our member, Mildred Cline, called him to say our organization was hosting a campaign rally for Ella Jones to participate in the No Data Center protest 🤣

How ridiculous is that when Ella is Pro-Data Center & tried to secure tax abatements for a billionaire developer. She left her position sponsoring the very unpopular Bill 7338/9. Thankfully it was shot down by our awesome new Mayor and two Councilpersons. We are grateful that they considered the voices of the people when casting their votes.

Another member informed Ella in her post that we have the text exchange between the owner & Mildred & that it clearly states the purpose of the rally with zero mention of her name. There's actually too many lies in that video to address here which she & others have shared in groups & profiles 28+ times. Not actually sure why she duplicated the livestream on her page.

One of 's missions is to hold politicians accountable. This is what we're doing, as Ella has refused to delete those videos as requested or go back & look at the owner's phone. We have only hosted one event & look at the fallout from that‼️

Our work is just beginning and as exampled here, we need your support. We want residents to:
🔶️ Be made aware of future developments as they occur, not after the fact
🔶️ Update zoning laws, ordinances, charter..
🔶️ Secure a ban or moratorium on AI Data Centers
🔶️ Address those who ignore "we-the-people" & more.

Well many people are talking about it, but are you ready to take the next steps during this "Quiet Storm"? Ferguson Advocates for Civic Transparency - FACT is inviting you to attend the National Day of Protest ✊️. You fought hard to kill Bill 7338/9 🦋 but you must know it's not over until we make the necessary changes and invoke a moratorium or ban on these hyperscale danger zones.
🔻 Google: " harm by Elon Musk", or "Cities suffering from data centers" ..... This is not fake news or hysteria, it's 2026 reality.

We need your 👢Boots on the Ground once again! Where Them Fans At? The media will be coming. We've received outreach from the Workers Center behind the coalition. They're taking us seriously, so we must show up to show that we mean serious business.
