Feeding Your Baby: Breastfeeding: Weaning.

In this lesson we will examine the two main methods of weaning: spoon-led and baby-led.

You’ll learn the benefits and challenges of both perspectives, along with helpful expert advice on nutrition and real-life experiences from moms.

Topics include: weaning, baby-led, spoon-led, solid foods, breast milk, nutrition, food sensitivities, food allergies, baby's stools, gagging, choking, and iron.
