Dave & Buster's!! Had a great time last night with Hayden Burns. D&B's never disappoints. Great staff and some great new games. Even some new social and event rooms to check-out.

Thankyou to Eileen Eckhard-Byrd and the incredible D&B staff. Jasmine and Marcus both went above and beyond to ensure we had a great night. Hayden kept mentioning just how nice they were. That and I can't believe we won over 2,000 tickets on the crane in less than a minute.

We look forward to going back and hope to see you there!

Came across this picture... Hard to believe it's been 6 years since I took that first in California. I had originally planned on going shark cage diving but wound up having the most incredible trip. Skydiving, riding horses on the beach, Alcatraz on Halloween night...during a full moon, and many more adventures. I could easily say it was a trip of a lifetime.

As much fun as that trip and those experiences were...I can tell you that seeing men and women come to Christ. Seeing the lives that have been forever changed through Leap of Faith Ministry and Peanut Butter & Jesus because of God's grace and mercy is the MOST exciting and thrilling journey I've ever experienced.

Today I'm thinking a lot about the difference between Knowledge and Wisdom.

Knowledge:
Information or facts that are gained through education, experience, or reasoning. For example, you can gain knowledge about a subject by reading, researching, and memorizing facts.

Wisdom:
The ability to use knowledge, along with experience, insight, and good judgment, to make sound judgments and act on them. Wisdom involves being able to put situations in perspective, determine which facts are relevant, and impart knowledge to others.

In what ways are you gaining knowledge and how are you imparting that to others?

Proverbs 20:25 (It is a snare to say rashly, “It is holy,” and to reflect only after making vows.)

How important it is not to go back on word with another man or woman. How much more important it is not to rashly ask God for something or promise him something rashly.

I'm also reminded of "let your yes be yes and your no be no."

Proverbs 31 Day Challenge!

Since my post didn't load yesterday...you'll receive a double dose of Proverbs today. My video on 18 and a brief thought on 19.

Solomon is observing that often we act foolish, can be lazy, and when we're hungry or upset we blame God. At times it's our own foolish decisions or lack of action that have created our less than favorable circumstances.
