Six years ago, our school year was pretty surreal. We all dove headfirst into online classes and Zoom from home. Despite the uncertainty of the times, the magic of music never died; it just got even better here at SLV! Six years ago today, we honored the graduating class of 2020 and wrapped up the year with our district-wide "Ode to Joy." This was a huge team effort and showed the strength and resilience that a music community builds. Big thanks to Alex Harrell for putting together this amazing video. Thank you to Mrs. Liston for coordinating this huge endeavor!! And for the class of 2026, here's a fun walk down memory lane before your big day. Congratulations, class of 2026!

A huge congrats to the 2026 Music Boosters Scholarship Recipients (first photo)!!! And thank you to all the volunteers and of course Carey Liston for creating these opportunities.

Also, congratulations to the music graduates who received their cords. We will be sad to see our seniors go, but are so excited for their adventures and endeavors ahead!

The SLV Music & Art Festival was a BLAST yesterday! Our students put on an amazing show and we are so proud of all of our young musicians and artists!

Now, let’s raise some money to keep supporting our student musicians in their musical education journey! College scholarships, life-changing trips, instrument support, additional music experiences, and so much more, the SLV Music Boosters is so worth supporting! There are some great opportunities, items and even deals in the auction, too! Or have fun and get in a bidding war! Let’s make this a big success!

Details:
Premium seating front and center for the show! Prize includes one Corduroy brand bean bag, valued at over $300, a custom SLV Music blanket, Trader Joe’s snacks, and two custom music festival stainless steel cups with your choice of beer or wine (if the winner is 21).

You can purchase as many tickets as you’d like to increase your chances.

The drawing will be held on 5/19 at 7:00 PM, the night before the SLV Music and Art Festival. The winner will be informed that evening.
