$1,000 Scholarship Opportunity

Mid-State Outdoors is proud to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a local high school senior in Kent County who shares our passion for promoting safe, fun, outdoor experiences.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a current high school senior in Kent County, Delaware
• Must hold a valid Delaware hunting or fishing license
• Submit your favorite hunting or fishing photo along with a brief description (300 words or less)

Deadline: June 1, 2026

Students pursuing college, trade school, or any other path are encouraged to apply!

Sighting in and gearing up for the Mid-State Squirrel Classic!

REMINDER:
Tonight is our Rules & Registration Meeting @ 6:30pm at the Felton Fire Station 2 (across the street from the main Fire Station).

We will have last minute registration and a reading of the rules. Registration will close at the end of the meeting.
This meeting is NOT mandatory, however, it is encouraged to attend in person or log on and watch via Facebook Live.

TWO more days until our 3rd Annual Mid-State Squirrel Classic!

FINAL REMINDERS:
1. Registration ends tomorrow (Friday) after the Rules and Registration Meeting. The meeting will be at 6:30pm in person at Felton Fire Station 2 or available to watch online via Facebook Live. This is not mandatory to attend, but highly encouraged.

2. Uncle Bernie's Steak Shack will be at the event selling breakfast and lunch food items.
