The Caroline Human Services Council (HSC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The HSC is designated by the Commissioners of Caroline County as the Local Management Board for the County.

FREE LAPTOP for eligible residents. Caroline County and Queen Anne's County residents who receive government assistance (SNAP (food stamps), SSI, Priority Partners, MA etc.) or can provide proof of income in the required range, or a Veteran with ID card, who can show proof of residence in Caroline or Queen Anne's Counties (photo ID or mail with name and address are eligible to apply. You must be 18 to apply and 1 laptop per household address. You may apply at either of the events listed. Events may be subject to change.

You will not want to miss this event, so save the date to your calendar! We will be partnering with Federalsburg Elementary School for their Meet Your Teacher and backpack/school supplies giveaway. There will be lots of vendors eager to share their resources to support your family. There will be free food, chances to win prizes, water slides and fun events for the kids and grown ups to win prizes.
