***FEED OUR OWN! DRIVE ***

Linda & Jack Butcher and Rotary are sponsoring a local food drive from now through September 19 to help MSC food-security initiatives in our community:
1. Market at Redondo Heights Food
2. Food Bridge (mobile food bank direct to local senior living facilities)
3. Food Bank Home Delivery (for those unable to get to the food bank in person)
4. Bridging a Gap (BAG) (providing nutritious food for students on weekends and holidays)

Our goal is to fill the coffers with the most needed non-perishable food items. Below is a national list of high-need items:

- Peanut butter
- Canned tuna & chicken
- Canned beans (black, kidney, pinto, garbanzo, etc.)
- Canned vegetables (corn, green beans, peas, mixed vegetables)
- Canned fruit & applesauce
- Pasta (spaghetti, macaroni, whole-grain varieties)
- Rice (white, brown, or instant)
- Canned soup, chili & stew
- Pasta sauce / tomato sauce
- Cereal & oatmeal

This FOOD DRIVE location is at LifePoint Law, 31919 6th Ave S, Federal Way, WA 98003.

The Rotary Club of Federal Way meets here weekly on Thursdays.
