📣 Federal Way Families — Our Annual Meeting is Almost Here!

We’re gearing up for our Federal Way National Little League Annual Meeting on September 3 at 6:00 PM at the Complex, and we’d love to see our community show up strong.

This meeting is where we:
• Review the year
• Share updates on league projects (including our turf field progress!)
• Vote on open board positions
• Welcome new volunteers who want to help shape the future of FWNLL

If you’re an adult with a player in the league or actively involved in FWNLL, you’re a voting member and you can even run for a board role. We have several positions open, including President, Treasurer, Safety, Softball Player Agent, Baseball Directors, Events, Sponsorship, and three Member‑at‑Large seats.

FWNLL thrives because of volunteers who step up for our kids and our community. If you’ve ever thought about getting involved, this is the perfect moment.

Federal Way National Little League FALL BASEBALL & SOFTBALL REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

🧢 Fall Ball = Fun + Development
Fall is a shorter, more relaxed, instructional season focused on building skills.
Perfect for new players trying baseball or softball for the first time and returning players looking to keep improving.

📅 Season Timeline

Registration: Extended through August 16

Practices: Begin mid‑August.

Games: Early September–October.

Schedule: 1-2 practices and ~1 game per week (about 8 games total).

A wonderful time was had at our Turf Groundbreaking! 🌟
Huge thank you to our current board members, past board members, current and former players and families, local officials, and King County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer for joining us as we celebrated a monumental moment in our league’s history.

This new chapter is only possible because of the incredible people who continue to believe in and support our community. Here’s to the future of Federal Way National Little League! ⚾💙

Don’t miss our official Groundbreaking Ceremony as FWNLL begins installing turf infields on two of our four fields!

This project has been a decade in the making, inspired by past board members and made possible through the support of our families, partners, and local officials. These upgrades will give Federal Way kids more access to quality fields and help create long‑term stability for our league through future field rentals.

Our 10U All‑Stars fought hard yesterday and left everything on the field. They didn’t snag the W, but the community support was unreal and they felt every bit of it.

They’re back at it today at 6pm vs. Soundview, ready to battle again.
