Together, we've crossed $100,000 in grants, helped 42 dogs, and held space for families through 70+ support sessions. And we're just getting started.

Zoe was one of the dogs whose family came to us in 2025 in one of the hardest moments of their lives — a lymphoma diagnosis, a world turned upside down, and a road ahead full of unknowns.

What makes Toby’s Hope different isn’t just what we do, it’s how we do it.

We focus on Washington families facing canine lymphoma, offering localized, personalized support when it matters most. In moments that feel stressful, our goal is to make help feel close, human, and real, like a community stepping in.

Because the reality is hard: 1 in 3 dogs will face cancer.
And behind that statistic are families trying to navigate fear, decisions, and the desire to do everything possible for the ones they love.

Through your support, Toby’s Hope has been able to step into those moments.

We’ve provided financial assistance for life-saving treatment, helping families move forward when cost could have been a barrier. Our approach is intentional, keeping grants manageable and personal, so each family feels supported, not just funded.

So far, this has allowed us to:
Support 42 dogs across Washington State
Provide 48 treatment grants
Contribute $100,426 in grant funding for canine lymphoma treatment

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to help families access lymphoma treatment for their dogs. But what truly brings this mission to life are the people behind it.

Toby’s Hope is shaped and carried forward by volunteers.

People who have witnessed what it means to care for a pet in need.
Who have faced cancer treatment, seen abandonment, illness, loss and chose to respond with action.
Who turned personal experiences into something that can help others move forward with more support, more clarity, and more hope.

Every part of what we do exists because of them.

From organizing events and building partnerships, to creating content, supporting outreach, and helping behind the scenes. Each volunteer contribution plays a role in supporting families throughout the entire cancer journey.

Like any meaningful cause, there are challenges along the way.
But what keeps this mission moving forward is the volunteer commitment to show up for dogs, and for the people who love them.

Beyond our Virtual Support Group, a safe, welcoming space where you can connect with people who truly understand what you’re going through…

We’re continuing to grow alongside you.

Because this journey doesn’t end with one conversation and neither does our support.

Soon, we’ll be offering Counseling & Mental Health Support helping you access professional care, with guidance and options for discounted or subsidized therapy. Because your emotional well-being matters just as much.

We’re also building out Self-Care & Wellness resources through gentle reminders, mindfulness practices, and tools to help you manage stress, breathe a little deeper, and take care of yourself while you care for your dog.

And through our Educational Resources, you’ll find trusted articles, guides, and soon, webinars, all designed to help you navigate daily decisions with more clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

This is more than support.
