Team Master Shon's sparring team made their way to Fort Lauderdale to compete in the 2023 AAU National Championships this past weekend. Our athletes came home with 4 gold medals, 4 silver medals, and 4 bronze medals! We are very proud of the hard work each and every one of them has put into training for this competition and can't wait to see them compete in the upcoming season! 🥇🥈🥉👊🏼

This weekend Team Master Shon competed at the Washington State Governors Cup! Some of our athletes competed for the first time with great success. Our athletes came home with plenty of hardware and we are so very proud of each and everyone one of you! A big thank you to Coach Brandon, Coach Justin, Coach Bryan and of course Master Shon!!
