Way to go Jeffrey!!!

Shout out to our amazing MSC staff who advocate on behalf of our neighbors and community members!

“I care about the residents and vulnerable individuals in general,” says Long Term Care Ombuds staff member Jeffrey. “We press the issues to ensure their rights are protected and let the administrators know we aren’t going away. It feels good to advocate on the resident’s behalf and let them know they have someone in their corner.”
