As summer comes to an end, we want to take a moment to recognize our mentees who continued to stretch themselves, try new things and put their passions into practice. 💗

Throughout the summer, some of our girls had the opportunity to participate in local farmers markets, giving them hands-on experience sharing what they’ve created with the community, building confidence and learning along the way.

We’re so proud to see them step outside of their comfort zones and show the community what they’re passionate about. This is what growth looks like! ✨

This weekend, we came together with Game of Life mentoring for our Back to School Event, connecting with families, pouring into our young people and helping them head into the new school year with a little extra love and support.

We’re grateful to partner with organizations like Game of Life who share our commitment to showing up for our youth and our community. Thank you to all the vendors who helped make this possible and every family who joined us and helped make the day so special. 💕

It is with profound sadness that we honor the life and legacy of our beloved Board Member and Treasurer, Talese Linton.

Since joining the Phenomenal She Board in 2020, Talese has been so much more than a member of our organization. She was a grounding presence, a kind heart, and a constant source of positivity and encouragement. Her beautiful smile had the power to turn anyone’s day around, and her belief in our vision never wavered.

Talese understood the importance of empowering young women to recognize that they are capable, worthy, and able to pursue their dreams. She believed deeply in the mission of Phenomenal She, and we are forever grateful for the wisdom, care, and dedication she poured into our organization.

Her absence will be felt deeply, but the impact she made will remain a part of Phenomenal She for years to come.

We extend our deepest love and condolences to her husband, Robert, her children, grandson, and all who knew and loved her. We will carry Talese’s memory with us as we continue the work she believed in so deeply.

Rest peacefully, Talese. You were, and always will be, PHENOMENAL. 💕

Phenomenal She x The Trap Lab had so much fun showing up for today’s Federal Way community festival! Our Phenomenal She Dance Team even got the community moving by teaching a line dance, and of course everybody understood the assignment! 😂👏🏾

We have officially concluded our 2026 Summer Program! 💕 And we couldn’t be more proud of what these young ladies have accomplished.

From exploring new experiences to learning important life skills, we’ve seen tremendous growth in such a short amount of time. We’re so proud of each and every one of them and can’t wait to see where they go from here!
