No alternative ‘statewide proclamation’ can change what June has meant for generations of Q***r people and our allies. This month, we celebrate love, visibility, resilience, and community.

For decades, Pride has been a reminder that progress is possible when people have the courage to live authentically and stand together. Throughout June, we’ll continue celebrating LGBTQ people across Arkansas while recommitting ourselves to the work that remains ahead.

We’re not going back. Not now. Not ever. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Happy International Transgender Day of Visibility 💙🤍🩷

This past weekend, our community showed their visibility in so many meaningful ways, from the ‘No Kings All Coffee’ pre-March in Fayetteville to a cozy coffeehouse gathering in Rogers, creating space for connection, advocacy, and celebration.

At a time when transgender people are facing growing attacks on their healthcare, their identities, and their ability to exist, visibility isn’t just symbolic; it’s essential. This is what allyship looks like: showing up, speaking out, and standing alongside trans community members to ensure they are valued, protected, and able to live fully as themselves.

Today and every day, we celebrate trans lives, trans leadership, and the power of community. 🏳️‍⚧️

Coffee & Trans Day of Visibility this weekend! ☕️ 🏳️‍⚧️

Trans Day of Visibility is a time to celebrate the strength, resilience, and joy of trans and nonbinary people.

Start your morning in Fayetteville at the NWA Equality offices on Church Avenue. Grab coffee, connect with community, and make a sign before heading to the No Kings March assembly on East Avenue.

If you’re up north, join us in Rogers at Iron Horse Coffee Company from 4:00–7:00 p.m. for an afternoon of connection and community.

Stop by, say hello, and spend time together, whether you’re transgender, a friend, family member, or ally. The coffee is on us. 💙🤍🩷

and if you’re feeling feral, tired, or a little undone,
honestly, same.

February arrives like a breath, like a pause,
like finding your people exactly where you are.
We gather in small ways, in laughter and play,
with dice on the table, with books on display.

Cocktails, board games, familiar faces,
soft moments of joy in shared Q***r spaces.
